About This Experience
You are invited to experience the power of conscious breathing, and become embodied in expanded awareness with Allan's incredible breathwork sessions at the majestically flowing Dee river.
Following our Breathwork session, we will head into the Birch woods at Crathie and start our Chaga hunt. Allan has a great eye for harvesting Chaga, and will give you some tips where and how to find Chaga on Birch trees.
To end our experience at Crathie we will be sharing stories over homemade Scottish Venison Stew and brewed Chaga Tea.
The Chaga mushroom is a fungus that grows primarily on birch trees in cold climates. With an appearance similar to burnt charcoal, it has been harvested for centuries as a traditional medicine all over the world.
